Adorable White And Grey Scottish Fold Cats

This video features two lovely Scottish Fold cats, Duffy (white) and Doudou (grey). They both look so sweet and charming; a popular personality trait among Scottish Fold cats. The breed is also known to be very easy-going and nothing seems to bother them which is why they are get along well with children and other pets. Here are some tips in taking care of Scottish Folds:

1. Grooming – Comb or brush their fur weekly to remove dead hairs and to distribute their natural oils all over their coat. A longhaired Scottish Fold needs to be groomed a couple of times a week to prevent tangles and matts.

2. Feeding – Scottish Fold cats are naturally chunky and they tend to become overweight easily. They are healthy eaters but not as energetic as some other breeds so make sure to control their meal portions.

3. Dental – Just like with other cats, brushing their teeth regularly is needed. This is a step most cat owners forget entirely.

4. Ears – Check their ears once a week especially if they are tightly folded. If they are dirty, wipe with a cotton ball or a soft cloth moistened with a mixture of cider vinegar and warm water of equal parts.
